Information we collect

We collect the details you provide when placing an order or updating your profile, including your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, city, order notes, and selected products.

When you choose Google sign-in, we receive the basic account information Google shares with your permission, such as your name, email address, profile image, and a unique account identifier.

How we use information

We use customer information to confirm and deliver orders, calculate delivery and offers, show order history to the correct signed-in customer, prevent duplicate orders, provide support, and maintain the security of the service.

We do not sell personal information.

Connected services

Orders may be stored in Google Sheets for fulfilment. Google sign-in is used for account access. Online payments, when available, are processed by Razorpay. Email confirmations may be sent through a transactional email provider.

The delivery form can open Google Maps in a separate tab using the address you entered. Pulps & Leaves does not receive your live location from that link.

Storage and retention

Order records are kept for fulfilment, support, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. We retain only the information reasonably needed for these purposes and protect administrative access with authentication.

Your choices

You can sign out at any time, update your profile details, or contact us to request correction or deletion of information where applicable. Some order records may need to be retained for legal or accounting obligations.
